The House Collective is Swire’s most luxurious hotel brand. The client's brief was to establish a unified brand presence on Rednote while maintaining the individuality of each property.
We developed a strategic approach, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and a cohesive content, advertising, and influencer framework. Our unique social strategy aimed to introduce the overarching THC brand to individual hotel guests, fostering cross-property engagement.
Since launch, the account has driven significant growth in both brand-wide and individual hotel awareness, reflected in rising search indices on Rednote.
Shangri-La Tanjung Aru
Our client is a premier luxury resort in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. To grow its business, we proposed a new strategy to position the resort as an appealing alternative for travellers considering more popular destinations such as Bali, Phuket, and Langkawi.
We leveraged the resort's breathtaking sunsets as a key attraction and embarked on a campaign to raise awareness of this idyllic destination. Through ongoing testing, we identified and highlighted key selling points that resonated with high-intent travellers.
The results were remarkable, leading to record engagement for the Shangri-La Group and a consistent influx of inquiries every month.
JEN is a vibrant, youthful hotel brand that embraces individuality. While it may not offer the most luxurious accommodations in Singapore, its unique energy and atmosphere set it apart.
We positioned the hotel as the city’s most exciting place to be—beyond promoting the property itself, we highlighted local happenings and hidden gems in the surrounding area. By managing the account as a personal profile, we foster an authentic, relatable voice in copywriting, comments, and direct interactions.
Today, this property holds the title of the most followed and most engaged Singaporean hotel account on Rednote.
